Our mentors and mentees had a great time at our June outing at the Fleetwood Roller Rink. It was the first time skating for some of our mentors and mentees. It was a great way to bond.
We enjoyed a few rides and lunch at Giordano's. The mentees learned how to conduct themselves during situations that could occur while dining out with friends. We love teachable moments without the lectures.
Our mentors-mentees brought color themed treats for everyone to share. We played games, danced, and brought out the hula hoops. The mentors gave away goodie bags and keepsake bracelets to the mentees. We are bonded for life.
Your support and contributions will enable us to meet our goals and fund our mission of empowering youth, strengthening families, and rebuilding our communities.
